Payment Policy
We will discuss at length what services you desire, and how I will deliver those services to you before I accept any dollar amount.
To hold each other accountable, yet provide flexibility, I require payment of a 50% deposit which is totally non - refundable and reserves your services. You are paying for services rendered when electing to hire me for my photography, webdesign, or content writing services. In tandem to the non - refundable deposit, I utilize a milestone system to allow for flexibility for both parties involved. During each project, you will be given access to the work in progress, samples, and other content that will attribute to the final result of the project as milestone increments. This allows for you to view, and pay for work you are satisfied without paying outright for an unfinished project. I will deliver a project schedule so we can stay on track with your project!
Be aware there are no refunds on services rendered.
Delivery of Services
We will discuss at length all ideas, concepts, locations, themes, or any services possibly needed for your project. (The Introduction Phase)
I will relay my measures and methods on how I will meet requirements for your project including a work schedule and budget breakdown. (The Methodology Phase )
You will remit your 50% deposit to begin services, I will deliver a work breakdown of milestones, and work for your review and pay upon approval. (The Work Plan Phase)
We will work together to create the high quality project you desire! I’ll address any challenges by providing solutions to obstacles to ease your mind. (Resolution of Challenges Phase)
Upon completion of your project, we’ll evaluate thoroughly for quality assurance of your final results from my services. I would love to maintain your digital assets long term, so we will also discuss options for added technical support or contracting for photography services. (Evaluations & Closing Phase)
Refund Policy
Please be aware the required 50% deposit is to be paid before any work is initiated, and is not subject to refund. This deposit is required to cover any production costs. These costs includes but is not limited to; rental fees, travel costs, hiring extra talent, start up fees, and etc. I only charge for services rendered. I offer creative photography, website design, and content writing. Typically, the only instance in which a refund will be warranted, is in the instance I am unable to produce your project within the confines of our original agreement. If I discover the need for additional services, I will ensure to relay those needs to you in a timely fashion.
Summary of Services & Policies
If you are unable to make your scheduled shoot, I will work with you! *Provided you give 24 hour notice you will be absent from the shoot, I will provide you with the chance to reschedule a time for a shoot. You will have have 3 business days to process a time to reschedule your session before you forfeit your session reservation. Please note if any rentals were required for your session, you may be required to pay for those rental fees a second time.
Please note that due to the nature of my services, you are required to pay at minimum of 50% on a non - refundable deposit prior to any scheduled services to begin. Upon completion of the project, you will be given access to samples of your project bearing my logo or similar distinguishing mark. After confirming satisfaction with the project, you will be expected to pay your remaining balance. The sequential property is listed as production costs and will be defined as the following but not limited to; rights to digital images, videos, or visuals, physical prints, flash drives, external hard-drives, cloud storage, studio rentals, or any props as needed for sessions which will come included with the 50% non - refundable deposit.
Upon completion of services, you as a patron shall be expected to pay your remaining balance in full. You will be given 3 - 7 business days to process your payment or you will forfeit your rights to the project.
Please allow for;
Up to 1 - 2 business days for processing of personal shoots (portrait/head shots , family, etc.)
Up to 3 - 5 Business days for processing business shoots (group photos + head shots, product photography)
Up to 5 - 7 Business days for processing of (festival/concert/events)
Webdesign / Content Writing based on project.
