Production for Rub My Belly Dog Care

This document has been drawn to display mutual agreement between the proprietor of RUB MY BELLY DOG CARE, and ARIC GOLDEN for exchange of payment for services. The parties discussed in this document will be forth referred to in shortened terms for concision. The proprietor of the RUB MY BELLY DOG CARE will be shortened to RMBDC and ARIC GOLDEN will be shortened to AG.

As discussed, RMBDC agrees to pay AG for the services of website development and photography related to products to be offered by RMBDC a fee of $1,000 total for the completion of initial services. Please note the required 50% deposit is needed to reserve your services as discussed.

Paying the 50% deposit is non – refundable as it is to be reserved to pay for production costs and confirm your agreement to use of services from ARIC GOLDEN. The following are fees are associated, but not limited to payment for Domain Use, Creation of Accounts for 3rd Party Vendors related to your website, and potential processing fees again, through 3rd party vendors.

The initial services listed below represent milestones needed to complete services;

• Completing a photo - session that would be used for stock imagery on your website.

• The option to book appointments online for clients.

• A secure payment processing option that allows your clients to stay on your website.

• Establishing an e - commerce store for your physical products.

Squarespace, the website builder being used for your website offers a monthly plan for $26 dollars, or $18 annually. You also have several options for appointment booking in which we will review upon agreement of services.

By paying the deposit, RMBDC agrees with the terms or service set forth in this document. RMBDC is understanding that they are responsible for reading the Policy Page provided by AG, and will have submitted any inquiries about services provided prior to paying the non – refundable deposit. The offer of this contract is only valid if RMBDC agrees to the TOS set forth, and therefore initiated by RMBDC ‘ s payment of the %50 deposit within (7) business days of 5 / 11 / 2020.
